After the Rain

So appropriate that God would paint a rainbow in the sky, brilliant with color, lighting up the gray canopy like a torch declaring hope in the darkness! So appropriate that He would turn our heads to see something spectacular to remind us of His power and surprise us with the promise of His presence! Sometimes we have to turn our heads and lift our eyes to see His most glorious work.  Sometimes we have to endure a little rain in order to see the rainbow.
